Dylan is a 10!

Here are ten reasons my husband is the love of my life:

1. He makes me laugh.
2. He LOVES his boys.
3. He makes up the best games on the trampoline.
4. He is so comfy to cuddle up with.
5. He gives Godly advice, even when its hard to hear.
6. He has a wild imagination that captivates our boys.
7. He thinks I'm beautiful, everyday, no matter what I actually look like.
8. He listens to what I am saying and truly desires change.
9. He will never give up on us.
10. He cherishes me as a gift from God!

and the icing on the cake...

He's dashingly good looking!

One Month!

Dienye, we are so thankful for this past month.

You are such a sweet little boy.
You are very content to lay in our arms or in your swing.
You are a VERY good eater!
You are 10.5 lbs already!

We love your sweet coos and wonderful smell.

Big Bro can't stop giving you kisses, reading you books, finding your paci, and running to "hold you" when you start to cry.

You love to be cuddled up in a blanket.
You enjoy being outside just like your mommy.
We are so in love with you!

Thank you, Lord, for this precious gift.

Dylan and I are already in awe of this sweet word we see take form in our home now, Brothers
Neither one of us had a brother to grow up with but both wished we had.
We are blessed already to see Jack and Dienye interact with one another with awe and love.

Brothers, such a mystery of a word to us but we are excited to watch it develop in our home over the years.
We pray that Jack and Dienye would wrestle and hug, run, jump and be rowdy, read books and color pictures, share secrets and defend one another and build each other up in the Lord.
Brothers, a bond that cannot be broken.
